Small print & travel insurance

Booking:
Bookings are definite, once you receive your confirmation (via email, fax or post) from the Residence-Hotel Bad Fallenbach. To reconfirm your booking we kindly ask you for a deposit per apartment. You can transfer the deposit to our bank account or we can simply charge it to your credit card. 

We are sorry, but it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room to you. If possible we are very happy to consider your special wishes. 

Cancellation and travel insurance:
Something unexpected can always happen before you set out on your trip.
In order to protect yourself against any expenses, we advise you to take out insurance cover at our partner “ELVIA”: www.elvia.de


The travel insurance protects you against cancellation charges.
 
When cancelling a reservation without travel insurance, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 60 days prior the arrival date we refund your deposit less Euro 20,00 of processing fees
• From 60 to 30 days prior the arrival date your deposit won’t be refunded
• From 30 to 7 days prior the arrival date, 80% of the whole booking amount will be charged
• From 7 days or less prior the arrival date the whole booking amount will be charged.
  With late arrivals or early departures the whole booking amount will be charged.

Arrival and departure:
On your day of arrival the apartment will be available to you from approx. 15.00 o’clock. On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10.00 o’clock.
You are welcome to wait at our Residence-Hotel before your check-in or after your check-out time.
Please let us know if you are arriving after 18.00 o’clock.

Methods of payment:
The hotel bill can be payed by cash, cheque, bank transfer, EC-card or following credit cards: Vias, Eurocard and Mastercard.
