The rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you are arriving after 7.00 p.m. Please vacate your room by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Once the reservation is binding, we request a deposit per room, which can be paid by transferring it to our bank account or booking it from your credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and EC card). The rest of the payment will be made on departure in cash or by credit card. Please check your credit card limit for international payments before checking out.

We don’t accept American-Express or checks.

Your suite or apartment at Bad Fallenbach is reserved bindingly for you once you have received our written confirmation (by email, fax or post) and you have subsequently confirmed and is available for you on your day of arrival from 3.00 p.m. Once the reservation is binding, we request a deposit per room, which can be paid by transferring it to our bank account or booking it from your credit card.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged companion to the hotel by prior arrangement. We kindly ask for your understanding that your pet is not allowed in the dining room or the entire wellness area, including the sunbathing lawn. For accommodating your pet, we charge €29.00 per day, without food. To ensure you and your four-legged companion enjoy a relaxing and pleasant stay, there are a few things to keep in mind. Therefore, we would like to inform you about our house rules.

Leash Requirement
We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash throughout the entire hotel premises to avoid conflicts with other dogs and to ensure other guests are not disturbed.

Hotel Room
Please bring a dog blanket and basket. We ask for your understanding that any damage to inventory caused by your dog will be charged. If you leave your dog alone in the room, please use the red dog sign. This ensures that none of our staff will enter the room (room cleaning will also not be carried out if your dog is alone in the room). Dogs are not allowed in the Badl Suite De Luxe, the Badl Suite, the Garden Suite, or in rooms with garden access.

Restaurant Area
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the general restaurant area. If you would like to bring your dog to dinner, please inform us before your arrival so we can reserve a table for you in the bar area.

Wellness Area
Dogs are not allowed in the entire wellness area (pool and sauna area) for hygiene reasons.

On the Hotel Grounds
In general, we ask you to help keep the hotel grounds clean and to remove any waste immediately. You can use dog waste bags available on the road to the underground garage entrance. We kindly ask for your understanding to keep dogs on a leash and not leave them unattended.

Dog Exercise Area
An ideal walking path starts directly from the hotel towards the Passer dam path or the Passer gorge path. Here, your four-legged companion can run, play, and enjoy themselves freely.

We offer attractive discounts for our young guests (valid with 2 or 3 full-paying guests, depending on the room category).

All prices are per person and night including our Luxury-All-In treatment. We also charge the local tax of €3.30, which has to be paid at the hotel and is charged per person (aged 14 and over) and night.

• Cancellations or rebookings are free of charge up to 28 days before arrival - we will transfer the deposit back to you immediately or it can be credited for a next stay - reserved amounts on your credit card will be released again. In the event of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival, 100% of the agreed price will be charged
• The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled rooms are fully or partially reassigned
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing

TRAVEL CANCELLATION

• Cancellation or rebooking of the reserved stay are free of charge until 21 days before the arrival – the deposit paid will be returned to you in a short time or can be use for a future stay – pre-authorisations will be cancelled and the money released. 
• Up to 10 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount booked will be charged as a cancellation fee (equal the deposit).
• From the 9th day before arrival, in the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show will be charge the 100% of the agreed total amount. In this case, unused individual services (such as meals) will not be deducted from the cancellation fee, as our prices/offers are calculated as a lump sum.
• The cancellation policy apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially re-let. Cancellations will only be accepted in a writing form.

We charge a supplement of 50% on top of the suite price for single occupancy of a suite (depending on availability).

We are happy to take your room requests into account, depending on availability. Please accept that we cannot reserve any specific room numbers or floors in advance. Only the room categories can be reserved. The floor plans, decoration and amenities of the suites and apartments may differ slightly from the pictures and sketches shown.

The whole wellness area is for free also on the day of departure (registration at the reception).

We recommend that you book wellness treatments approx. 14 days before your arrival so that we can take your desired dates into account.
