In our kitchen, we place great importance on regionality, sustainability and creative craftsmanship. We believe that the best dishes are created from high-quality, seasonal ingredients - directly from local farmers, fresh from the garden or from carefully selected suppliers.

 

Every plate reflects our passion for authentic flavours and conscious enjoyment.

Chef Alex Lanthaler

Alex has been part of our "Badl" kitchen team for three years now. From April 2025, he will spoil you and us with his kitchen philosophy. Above all, creativity, sustainability and regionality are important to Alex in his kitchen. He carefully selects all products from the best suppliers and directly from the farmer or fresh from the garden. At just 20 years old, he has already scored points in several young chef competitions, such as the ‘Marmite Youngster 2024’ in Switzerland, where he came 5th. His 5-farm experience menu is also particularly interesting for our guests, with exclusively organic products from farms directly in the Passeiertal Valley.

Of course, Alex is happy to take intolerances, allergies and special dietary requirements into account. Some vegetarian dishes already have a permanent place in our kitchen. Please let us know your intolerances, allergies or special diets before you arrive. We reserve the right to charge a surcharge for unusual requests or ingredients that are not available in our kitchen as standard.
